What to Expect : Massage

Feeling great and happy comes from feeling satisfied and comfortable.

A massage should make you feel good.

Get to know the steps beforehand so you’re feeling comfortable in the place and people who will work for you.
Just relaxed as possible while walking into your massage appointment.

1Meet and Greet

When you go to get your favorite service. You’ll fill out your personalized form to indicate any medical history, injuries, or physical conditions they should be aware of. This step is important, so it’s best to arrive 15 minutes to give yourself enough time to focus on you.

2Let's Get To Know You

You’ll then go over your personalized form with our professionals, and discuss the areas of body or face that concerning you most

3Get Comfortable

Our licensed professionals will step out for a moment, so you can disrobe and lay on a table underneath the top sheet and blanket. During your massage your therapist will only uncover the areas of your of your body they’re working on

4During Massage

You can ask for either a full-body massage( for general relaxation) or a customized session focusing on specific parts of your body. And remember, your comfort matters. Feel free to talk with your licensed professionals as much as, or as little, as you desired.

5Stay Relaxed

It’s important to relax your mind and muscles during your massage. Breathe normally and try not to tighten or contract your muscles. Maintain open lines of communication with your therapist if you’d like to provide feedback on their pressure or Techniques .

6Finish It

When your massage is complete. Your therapist will wait outside while you dress. When you’re ready they’ll return with you at the lounge area and offer you a glass of water. It is important to stay hydrated post massage. And if you appreciated your experience, you can always leave a tip.
